Canan is a people-first HR leader with a strong belief that organisations perform best when their people feel valued, supported, and able to grow. With experience building HR functions from the ground up, she brings a thoughtful and commercially aware approach to shaping cultures that prioritise wellbeing, learning, and meaningful connection.
Her career spans a diverse range of sectors, including architecture, education, distribution, hospitality, and aviation. This varied background provides a deep understanding of how different workplaces operate and enables them to adapt HR solutions to suit the realities of each organisation. Having partnered closely with senior leaders, they are experienced in aligning people strategy with business objectives to support sustainable growth.
What distinguishes her approach is a balance of strategic insight and hands-on delivery. She takes time to understand an organisation’s values, leadership style, and workforce challenges, ensuring HR support is practical, authentic, and effective.
